In the second weekend of November (6,7 & 8) we will welcome dr. Hermann Traitteur from The Iyengar Yoga Institute Berlin. Be part of a groundbreaking event as Dr. Hermann Traitteur, world-renowned yoga anatomy and physiological expert, presents his physiology-focused teachings . This debut offering brings to life the key insights from his new book, Yoga Asana Physiology, with a rich blend of theory, practice, and therapeutic application.
Hermann is author of the book Yoga asana anatomy and Yoga asana Physiology (will soon be released).
What to Expect
This seminar blends theoretical insight with practical application, exploring the anatomy and physiology of the internal organs and their systems.
In the theoretical sessions, we’ll examine the location and function of each organ through clear, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations.
In the practical sessions, you’ll experience how the organs can be influenced—directly or indirectly—through specific asanas. We’ll explore which poses stimulate particular organs and which support regeneration and recovery.
